Service Advisor/Writer – Campers Inn RV

We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Service Advisors/ Writers. This role works with customers to schedule service work and communicate any additional service needed.

Essential Job Functions

• Identify RV problems and services by listening to customer’s description of symptoms
• Verify warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and papers; explain provisions and exclusions
• Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculate customer’s payment, including deductibles
• Prepare repair orders (RO)
• Handle customer complaints and maintain high customer satisfaction standards
• Periodically check on the progress of the vehicle during servicing and contact the customer as needed to keep them updated on their RV’s status

Qualifications

• Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Experience:
  • A minimum of one year’s RV service experience preferred
• Abilities:
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
  • Reliable and strong work ethic
  • Commitment to superior customer service
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Knowledge or willingness to learn company computer systems applications, including Motility Systems 2K, and other applicable software
  • Ability to safely handle solvents and chemicals
  • Ability to move RVs of various sizes
  • Ability to reach above shoulders and lift a minimum of 50 pounds
