Our Fortune 500 client is seeking a Technical Writer to join their team. The ideal candidate thrives on structure, enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams, and has a keen eye for both detail and design. which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Technical Writer
Location: Cincinnati, OH preferred (will consider 100% remote EST candidates)
Pay Range: $45-50/hr W2
What's the Job?
- Content Management & Updates: Maintain and update admin-only and shared pages, conduct regular audits for expired or mislabeled content, and ensure all submitted content meets standards.
- User Support & Access Requests: Respond to Jira tickets, Hub user support inquiries, and manage Hub access and export requests.
- Collaboration & Communication: Partner with Content Area Owners and PMs on roadmaps, major changes, and reviews; announce featured content and newsletters.
- 5+ years of experience in technical writing.
- Proficiency with Confluence, Atlassian, or similar content and project management tools.
- Strong attention to detail, editorial judgment, and ability to simplify complex information. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
