Pay Range:
$45-50/hr W2
What’s the Job?
Content Management & Updates: Maintain and update admin-only and shared pages, conduct regular audits for expired or mislabeled content, and ensure all submitted content meets standards.
User Support & Access Requests: Respond to Jira tickets, Hub user support inquiries, and manage Hub access and export requests.
Collaboration & Communication: Partner with Content Area Owners and PMs on roadmaps, major changes, and reviews; announce featured content and newsletters.
What’s Needed?
5+ years of experience in technical writing.
Proficiency with Confluence, Atlassian, or similar content and project management tools.
Strong attention to detail, editorial judgment, and ability to simplify complex information. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
