Opportunity

The overall position objective includes both contributing to significant new business growth and technical support for conveyance projects nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain visibility in external market with clients and partners and serve as an internal champion for Conveyance with Regional Managing Directors and Sub‑Region Directors, Client Directors, Project Managers, and Business Solution Leads.
  • Communicate and coordinate regularly with other Business Leaders and support the development of conveyance programs based on thought leadership and innovation.
  • Build strong client relationships. Lead or support conveyance program opportunity identification, pursuit and capture plans, strategy development, and pre‑positioning.
  • Identify and develop resources that support execution of Conveyance projects. Target hires for the business who can be mentored and developed into the next generation of linear infrastructure leaders.
  • Be available as a Technical Reviewer or key QA/QC resource to support execution of active conveyance work.
  • Increase B&V marketplace visibility by leading and assisting Client Directors with participation in national and regional conferences, committees, community and civic associations, and other activities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Business.
  • Familiarity with state and federal regulatory requirements.
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited program or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 11 years related work experience.
  • Ability to complete pre‑employment onboarding requirements (background checks, drug screening, motor‑vehicle records).
  • Active engineering registration or licensure to support Engineer of Record (EOR) requirements for BV projects.

Certifications

  • Active engineering registration or licensure to support Engineer of Record (EOR) requirements for BV projects.

Work Environment / Physical Demands

  • Hybrid or flexible work options may be offered after the first 90 days of employment based on manager discretion, job performance, and work assignments.
  • May be subject to extreme cold, extreme heat, and other hazards (e.g., electrical currents, working on scaffold).

Salary Plan & Job Grade

REG: Registered Engineering. Job Grade: 017.

Compensation Range

Annual compensation range: $149,184.00 – $272,872.00.

Location

Denver, CO and surrounding metro area. Some positions may be remote or hybrid.
