MARKETING OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE
POSITION SUMMARY:
This person will play a significant role in luxury trade marketing execution in our selective distribution network! They will lead the tactical support of the marketing department & commercial teams’ critical initiatives. This includes but not limited to, organization/execution of various in-store marketing activities, trade shows, buying events, logistics planning, project trafficking, vendor negotiations and management, sourcing/procurement, and production.
Job responsibilities
Lead the project management and coordination of permanent fixture production & installations
Review and trafficking of renderings, quotations, and technical drawings
Plan & communicate site surveys to cross functional team
Meet with vendors weekly for timeline status reports
Procurement and management of logistics for marketing materials
Work with vendors and HQ team on brand material validations relevant projects
Provide onsite support for the in-store installation of seasonal concepts & permanent customizations
Events
Assist in vetting venues, site surveys, and layout
Lead the development venue layout with teams inclusive of, commercial, Visual, experiential
On-site set-up, event support and breakdown
Events include seasonal collection presentations (regionally), market weeks and trade shows
Accounting & Administrative
Purchase order creations and invoice submissions
Budget tracking and reconciliations
Other
Attend relevant customers meetings and commercial events to support the sales channels.
Flexibility to travel domestically to support key strategic trade marketing installations or sales events
Profile Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 5+ years’ experience working directly within a marketing operations or project management capacity in high level of execution and financial management.
Experience in event planning and execution is a strong plus
Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills, with a keen attention to detail
Positive, professional attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively at all levels of the organization
Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat
Ability to proficiently read and interpret technical drawings
Additional information The hiring range for this position ranges from $70,000-$90,000. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
