Responsibilities
Leads the development of integrated marketing initiatives across channels and markets.
Gathers and analyzes information to identify markets and customers, develop demand for products and services, and evaluate efficiency of marketing campaigns and strategies.
Uses data-driven approach to evaluate, refine and execute marketing programs.
Works closely with management and division-level General Managers to identify unique market characteristics that ultimately inform marketing decisions.
Conducts market research, forecasting, and strategic planning to assess the success of all marketing programs.
Conducts pricing research and analyses to ensure product and service pricing are competitive.
Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in the market; identifies needs for new products and services and makes recommendations to leadership.
Collaborates, participates in, and coordinates promotional activities or trade shows.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or related field required
Preferred
7-10 years of experience in a related field
Experience leading or managing omnichannel marketing strategy and execution
Experience in home services, consumer / industrial services and/or other relevant route-based businesses
Proven track record of successfully growing a business through attributable marketing.
Experience managing outside marketing agencies.
Strong leadership skills.
Ability to create, implement, and monitor marketing budgets.
Thorough understanding of marketing principles and methods used to promote, display, and sell consumer products and services.
