Position Overview Reporting to the President of SEM, the Corporate Marketing Director will lead and execute the overall omnichannel marketing strategy. The ideal candidate is a self‑motivated, proven leader with significant marketing experience and is ready to join a rapidly growing, private equity‑backed business. The marketing programs managed by this executive will be executed in‑house as well as through outside agencies.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of integrated marketing initiatives across channels and markets.

Gather and analyze information to identify markets and customers, develop demand for products and services, and evaluate the efficiency of marketing campaigns and strategies.

Use a data‑driven approach to evaluate, refine and execute marketing programs.

Work closely with management and division‑level General Managers to identify unique market characteristics that inform marketing decisions.

Conduct market research, forecasting, and strategic planning to assess the success of all marketing programs.

Conduct pricing research and analyses to ensure product and service pricing are competitive.

Maintain knowledge of trends and developments in the market; identify needs for new products and services and make recommendations to leadership.

Collaborate, participate, and coordinate promotional activities or trade shows.

Negotiate contracts for services needed to execute a marketing strategy.

Effectively manage outside marketing agencies, if applicable.

Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.

Present findings and recommendations on marketing strategy and progress to management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or related field required.

Preferably 7–10 years of experience in a related field.

Preferably experience leading or managing omnichannel marketing strategy and execution.

Preferably experience in home services, consumer / industrial services and/or other relevant route‑based businesses.

Proven track record of successfully growing a business through attributable marketing.

Experience managing outside marketing agencies.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Strong leadership skills.

Ability to create, implement, and monitor marketing budgets.

Thorough understanding of marketing principles and methods used to promote, display, and sell consumer products and services.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Summary

Full‑time Sr. marketing role based in southeast (Central, NC) region. Hybrid role with some regional travel required to work alongside local business leaders.
