Responsibilities
Demonstrate knowledge of existing and prospective consumer behavior with great depth - informed by data and sentimental trends
Safeguard and elevate SWAG’s unique brand identity and irreverent voice, ensuring its exclusivity and appeal remain intact
Develop innovative, nuanced distribution and promotional strategies for product drops (1-3x per week) to increase excitement and sell-through rates
Concept, write and design platform right content, in partnership with internal creative teammates, as well as copy executions that consistently deliver on our brand ethos and encourage community participation
Manage internal and external deadlines proficiently
Establish and report on KPIs to track the effectiveness of campaigns and ensure alignment with overall business objectives on a weekly basis
Maintain multiple brand’s social calendars aligned to their product drops and respective communication priorities
Partner with E-Commerce teammates to determine how/when/where organic and paid tactics can be complementary to each other to maximize campaign efficiency
Requirements
3-5+ years of experience in marketing, communication, preferably at a large-scale brand in sport, lifestyle or collectibles categories
Proven track record of scaling social following and exceeding industry benchmarks
Experience in social media strategy, content production and community building
Strong understanding of internet culture, social trends (FB, IG, X, You Tube, Reddit and LinkedIn) and emerging platforms. Demonstrated passion for testing and learning how new products can better serve evolving business and consumer needs
Proficiency in content management and reporting tools (Sprout, Triple Whale, Shopify, etc.)
Ability to be nimble in an extremely fast-paced environment
Experience managing marketing campaigns for limited-release or highly collectible products is a plus
Exceptional communication and project management skills
Preferred
Experience managing limited-release or highly collectible product campaigns is a plus
Passion for golf, design, and/or lifestyle brands is highly desirable
