Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with key channel partners to understand their needs and support their marketing efforts.
Develop and implement channel marketing strategies with the indirect seller community aligned with overall business goals.
Coordinate joint marketing activities and ensure alignment with brand guidelines and messaging across all channels.
Manage co-marketing campaigns, partner enablement programs, and promotional initiatives with select partners.
Oversee the creation of marketing assets tailored for channel partners (e.g., toolkits, email templates, landing pages).
Execute partner product training programs alongside the sales team.
Support partner onboarding and training with relevant marketing materials.
Track marketing development fund use and ROI.
Provide marketing support to the internal indirect sales team with presentation, sales materials, and strategy creation.
Book in-person events and coordinate all aspects of the event from pre-show logistics to on-site support.
Collaborate with sales, product, and partner teams to identify opportunities and create go-to-market plans.
Work closely with internal teams including sales, product marketing, and digital marketing to ensure cohesive messaging and execution.
Track and analyze campaign performance, partner engagement, and ROI.
Provide insights and recommendations to optimize future channel marketing efforts.
Requirements
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in channel marketing, partner marketing, or B2B marketing.
Proven success in executing channel marketing programs.
Strong project management and communication skills.
Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Preferred
Familiarity with partner ecosystems and indirect sales models.
Experience in 5G connectivity solutions.
Expertise in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Working knowledge in Canva, Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
Experience using AI to improve efficiencies.
Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
