Based in attractive offices in Arlington, VA, in a hybrid working model, we have an opportunity for a Marketing Lead to support campaigns, events, and account‑based initiatives for both commercial and Federal clients.
Coordinating closely with sales, headquarters’ marketing, and security experts, you’ll help make sure that Arqit is widely known and generally respected as a leader in one of the most technologically advanced markets in the world. You will be responsible for bringing our global strategy to life locally, executing campaigns that target US federal, telco, and enterprise audiences, strengthening engagement with partners and channels, and driving customer acquisition. The role is hands‑on, strategic, and central to filling the US sales funnel while ensuring alignment with global brand and sales objectives. This US‑based role reports into the global marketing team.
What you’ll be doing Role Overview
Working closely with the U.S. regional and sales team, as well as global marketing, you will help Arqit become widely recognised and respected as a leader in post‑quantum cybersecurity. You will translate Arqit’s global strategy into U.S. account‑specific marketing plans, execute targeted campaigns, build partner and account relationships, and deliver insights to help the business win. This role is hands‑on, strategic, and central to building pipeline for the U.S. market.
Key Responsibilities Account‑Based Marketing & Digital Campaigns
Work with U.S. sales to identify priority accounts and understand their needs, challenges, and buying journey.
With the support of global marketing, develop and execute localized, account‑specific digital campaigns (email, social, paid, content) that generate engagement and the right pipeline.
Leverage account insights to help internal U.S. teams tailor solution offerings and messaging for target accounts.
Track and report campaign performance and lead progression, providing sales with full handovers and actionable account intelligence.
Partner & Relationship Building
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to support ABM initiatives.
Manage partner engagement activities and optimize co‑marketing programs to drive growth.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align messaging and campaigns with account priorities.
Field Marketing & Event Execution
Plan and execute high‑impact in‑person events for selected accounts, including executive briefings, roundtables, and partner activations.
Support trade shows, webinars, and federal or telco‑focused events to enhance brand awareness and reputation.
Ensure every event or activity contributes measurable pipeline and insights for sales.
Insights & Reporting
Gather and analyze account‑level insights to inform campaign strategy and solution development.
Maintain detailed reporting on engagement, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
Conduct full handovers to sales, ensuring they have the context and materials needed for effective outreach.
What we’re looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; or equivalent commercial experience.
Commercial or internship experience in marketing (B2B, tech, or account‑based marketing preferred). Strong interest in cybersecurity and emerging technologies.
Experience or aptitude for digital marketing, campaign execution, and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to adapt messaging for technical and non‑technical audiences.
Strong organizational, project management, and interpersonal skills.
A collaborative, curious, and proactive mindset with a passion for storytelling and building trust in complex industries.
Ability to work in the U.S. without restriction.
