The Role

We are looking for a Founding Growth Marketer to work directly with the Founders to take a B2B AI startup from 0 to 2 M ARR. This is not a manager role – it’s a hands‑on, high‑velocity execution role. You’ll be the first marketer on the ground, serving as media buyer, copywriter, designer, and strategist wrapped in one.

What You Will Do

• Build the Paid Engine (Meta/Google/LinkedIn): Execute high‑velocity testing, launch, kill, and scale campaigns daily based on ROAS and CAC. Appreciate that creative is the targeting.
• Orchestrate Outbound Ops: Build automated, high‑intent outbound systems using tools like Clay, Instantly, Apollo. Scrape lists, enrich data, and write personalized sequences that book demos via email + LinkedIn.
• High‑Velocity Creative Production: Use Canva or Figma to spin up 10‑20 ad creatives and landing page variants per week to find winning hooks.
• Full‑Funnel CRO: Build landing pages, copy, improve sign‑up flow, and email nurture sequences to drive conversions from click to credit card.
• Revenue Obsession: Focus on demos booked, qualified pipeline, and closed revenue rather than vanity metrics.
• Out of the Box Thinker: Try unconventional marketing, set up events, or do something attention‑grabbing.

Who You Are

• A “0 to 1” Builder: You’ve taken a product from negligible revenue to over $1 M ARR before and thrive in chaos and ambiguity.
• Technically Scrappy: You can fix pixels or set up Zapier workflows without a developer. Comfortable with Framer, Stripe, PostHog, and attribution tools.
• Ownership & Urgency: You believe speed is the ultimate competitive advantage and take ownership of tasks when needed.
• Copywriter with B2B Sales Psychology: You craft headlines that stop the scroll and emails that elicit replies.
