As a Principal AI Architect specializing in Agentic AI, you will design and oversee the development of intelligent agent systems for various industry verticals as part of Zoom AI Companion (AIC). Your architectural vision will directly shape the Zoom user experience through the creation of scalable, robust frameworks and system designs. You will establish technical standards for implementing novel algorithms that impact workplace efficiency and customer engagement across Zoom Revenue Accelerator (ZRA), Zoom Customer Experience (ZCX), and Zoom Virtual Agent (ZVA). We are part of the Zoom AI Vertical Organization, dedicated to enhancing the Zoom user experience in workplace and customer interactions. Our team of experts is focused on creating the next generation of AI technologies for customer verticals like healthcare, finance, retail and sales, education, etc. As an AI Architect, you will guide the technical direction of systems that understand, learn, and adapt to improve user engagement and satisfaction. Designing comprehensive system architectures for vertical Agentic AI applications, establishing technical standards, patterns, and best practices for autonomous agents. Developing reference architectures and integration frameworks for AI solutions that enhance meeting experiences and enable seamless humanmachine natural interactions within Zoom. Architecting scalable systems leveraging large language models (LLM) and Agentic AI frameworks for production environments. Leading crossfunctional technical initiatives to ensure successful integration of Agentic AI solutions into Zooms ecosystem, balancing innovation with practical implementation requirements. Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cognitive Science, or a related field. Have 10+ years of experience in machine learning architectures, neural network design, reinforcement learning systems, cognitive frameworks, and multimodal AI integration across speech, vision, and language understanding. Have proficiency in AIfocused programming languages (Python, C++, Java) with proven experience architecting solutions using modern AI frameworks and libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain). Exhibit exceptional system design capabilities for complex AI problems, including the ability to architect scalable agentbased systems that balance technical constraints with business requirements. Showcase technical leadership and communication skills with experience translating AI concepts across technical and nontechnical stakeholders and guiding crossfunctional teams through AI implementation challenges.
