Base pay range

$60.00/hr - $70.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams and plugging information vacuums that exist between them
• UI/UX Designer will practice foresight in understanding which stakeholders need to be connected to achieve product goals
• Continually infuse the voice of users across program decisions
• Remain attuned to the competitive landscape, staying current on research for customer needs and trends
• As a UI/UX Designer, you will support defining project requirements, user stories, success metrics and acceptance criteria
• Be curious about social trends, technology and the economy

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio that shows off your interface design chops
• Expert-level skills in Figma and demonstrable experience with the Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with or an interest in financial services, technology, and emerging tech-bonus points if you know your way around trading
• A solid grasp of UX principles, interaction design, and product thinking
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team in a hybrid setup
• A self-starter who's curious, adaptable, and always looking to learn
• Great communication skills and a curiosity about storytelling through design
• Ability to work with UI /Front end dev teams to support bringing designs to production

This job is not eligible for bonuses, incentives or commissions. The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
