Digital Marketing Manager – Web Optimization
Pay range: $80 – $87/hr.
Duration: 7 months
Location: Mountain View, CA

Responsibilities
- Plan, experiment, and transform web experiences for small‑business customers, focusing on driving users through the purchase journey and optimizing for conversion.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—Design, Content, Product Marketing, Analytics, Web Operations, and Engineering—to execute marketing and merchandising web strategies.
- Develop and maintain testing plans, project documentation, and web experiences with a focus on conversion optimization within pricing and purchasing flows on desktop and mobile devices.
- Support execution and validation of pricing updates, promotions, and purchasing‑flow enhancements.
- Partner with analytics to create measurement plans, analyze results, and develop insights from web tests.
- Conduct deep‑dive analysis of engagement and performance data to identify user behavior insights and hypotheses.
- Gather prospect and customer input to generate empathy and create testable hypotheses.
- Leverage project‑management skills to drive cross‑functional execution of projects and stakeholders.
- Perform UAT and validate new or updated web experiences, ensuring accuracy, functionality, and adherence to marketing and legal standards before launch.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing, with strategic and tactical expertise.
- Strong prioritization, time‑management, and multi‑project execution skills.
- Proven success managing UAT, QA, or experience validation efforts for websites or digital campaigns across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Exceptional attention to detail, especially in formatting, image quality, and user‑experience interaction differences.
- Responsive and compelling communicator able to craft data narratives and influence effectively.
- Familiarity with Figma, JIRA, Quickbase, Usertesting.com, FullStory, Adobe Analytics.
- BA/BS required.
- Willingness to learn, work during non‑standard hours, and support critical business needs and launch moments.
