Role Description

This is a remote contract or internship role for a Technical Writer. The Technical Writer will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality technical documentation, including user guides, manuals, FAQs, and API documentation. The role involves breaking down complex information into clear, concise, and user-friendly materials. Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as developers and engineers, the Technical Writer will ensure content accuracy and accessibility while adhering to established style guidelines.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Technical Writing, Technical Communication, and creating clear, concise documentation
• Experience in developing and managing Technical Documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and tutorials
• Strong skills in writing and formatting Documentation and Manuals for a variety of audiences
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a remote environment
• Familiarity with technical concepts and the ability to translate them for non-technical users
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
• Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies or similar technical fields is a plus
