Role Description This is a remote contract or internship role for a Technical Writer. The Technical Writer will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality technical documentation, including user guides, manuals, FAQs, and API documentation. The role involves breaking down complex information into clear, concise, and user-friendly materials. Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as developers and engineers, the Technical Writer will ensure content accuracy and accessibility while adhering to established style guidelines.
Requirements
Proficiency in Technical Writing, Technical Communication, and creating clear, concise documentation
Experience in developing and managing Technical Documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and tutorials
Strong skills in writing and formatting Documentation and Manuals for a variety of audiences
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a remote environment
Familiarity with technical concepts and the ability to translate them for non-technical users
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies or similar technical fields is a plus
