As the Affiliates Marketing Strategy Senior Associate, you will develop and maintain relationships with affiliate partners, understand their business models, and drive revenue and profitable account growth for Chase through relevant credit card acquisition offers. You will collaborate with finance, analytics, and risk teams to build business cases, deploy acquisition strategies on secure third‑party environments, and ensure approval rates meet or exceed Chase and partner standards. Additional responsibilities include fit‑gap analyses, model testing, key metric reporting, and partnering with Corporate Development to identify and onboard new publishers.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with affiliate partners, understanding their business models and revenue drivers
Work with finance and analytics partners to build business cases supporting long‑term objectives
Drive profitable account growth by developing strategies to increase conversions from third‑party sources
Deploy acquisition strategies on secure, third‑party hosted environments, including proprietary credit models, bureau‑based models, binary rules, and offer strategies
Perform fit‑gap analyses between hosted environments and Chase’s credit models to ensure approval rates meet or exceed standards
Collaborate with Chase’s Risk team to develop and deploy models that replicate Chase’s underwriting strategy
Perform model testing and maintain key metric reporting to ensure expected results
Partner with Corporate Development to identify, vet, and onboard new publishers, monitoring early performance
Maintain rigorous control standards for all developed models in consultation with Model Governance, Legal, Fair Lending, Compliance, and other internal controls teams
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum of 2+ years in marketing and/or strategy experience, including consumer financial products
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills; ability to interact with colleagues at all levels and achieve goals without direct control over resources
Ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to differing audiences
Ability to make data‑driven decisions
Robust understanding of Microsoft Office tools, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
Strong organizational skills, including good judgment and decision‑making abilities
Capable of working in a dynamic environment and managing multiple projects with tight timelines
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
Strong project management skills, with a track record of prioritizing and executing multiple initiatives in fast‑paced environments
Base Pay/Salary New York, NY $90,250.00 – $145,000.00 / year
