Senior Marketing Manager, US Downstream – BD Nogales Norte
Join us as the Senior Marketing Manager for US Downstream, leading a high‑impact portfolio central to the future growth of the Endourology Platform within the Urological and Critical Care division. This role focuses on disposable products and capital equipment management, driving multiple imminent product launches and managing the existing premiere portfolio. The position reports to the Associate Global Marketing Director, Endourology.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute bold commercial strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets, including launching new products, revitalizing existing solutions, optimizing pricing, and expanding promotional channels.
Collaborate closely with sales and other functional leaders to capitalize on commercial opportunities.
Enhance customer experience through improved demand/supply planning, responsive support, and proactive issue resolution.
Lead the development of multi‑channel marketing campaigns, crafting compelling value propositions grounded in customer insights and clinical evidence.
Translate market and customer insights into actionable strategies that address unmet market needs and accelerate portfolio growth.
Build and manage relationships with key opinion leaders and strategic vendors, overseeing scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure they are communicated and implemented within the team.
Required Experience and Education
Bachelor’s degree
At least 8 years of progressive marketing or commercial experience in the life sciences
Leadership presence with the ability to influence, negotiate, and align stakeholders through clear communication and organizational awareness
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills; able to build trust across diverse teams and stakeholders
Strategic thinker with a track record of translating vision into actionable marketing plans that deliver results
Proven success in leading global product launches and cross‑functional initiatives
Must have operating room experience
Ability to travel 25%
Preferred Experience
Master’s Degree
Prior experience in Urology/Endourology field
Pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience
