Director of Admissions and Marketing – CareCore Health LLC
Located in the beautiful Montgomery area of Cincinnati, CareCore at Montgomery is a center of tranquility and quality care. We are currently seeking an Admissions and Marketing Director to join our successful team in overseeing the facility and driving business. If you have experience in Long Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF), we encourage you to apply!
Qualifications
Established professional contacts with area doctors and hospitals.
Proven experience in admissions within a healthcare setting, specifically in LTC or SNF.
Strong leadership, communication, and sales/marketing skills.
Bachelors Degree preferred but not required.
Job Duties
Leveraging extensive marketing skills to represent CareCore at Montgomery in the healthcare arena.
Driving census growth through targeted strategies.
Managing admission processes and ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.
Conducting tours for potential residents in collaboration with the Admission Coordinator.
Handling and addressing referrals effectively.
Engaging in community outreach initiatives.
Assisting in the development and execution of quarterly and annual marketing plans.
Experience Required
Minimum of 2 years in a healthcare setting.
Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) is required. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.
