Equipping GTM teams with the stories and tools that drive pipeline and adoption.
Informing global positioning that helps AfterShip stand out against top competitors.
What You’ll Do
Lead GTM strategy, ensuring our messaging resonates with regional markets and drives business growth.
Own the story: craft solution‑based narratives that make complex product value simple, clear, and compelling.
Define personas & frameworks that ground our strategy in real customer insights.
Assess market opportunities and use data and research insights to sharpen positioning and influence product roadmaps.
Partner with Sales & Enablement to ensure messaging flows into training, collateral, and customer conversations.
Build competitive intelligence that arms teams with clear differentiation against top players.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to align strategy and execution.
Who We’re Looking For
8+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally within SaaS or eCommerce.
Proven success in both PLG and sales‑led GTM models.
A builder and doer: you move quickly from strategy to execution.
Exceptional storytelling and communication skills; you can translate complex product value into compelling, customer‑ready narratives.
Proven ability to turn messaging, positioning, personas, and competitive insights into effective enablement tools that increased win rates and reduced churn.
A strategic thinker with the ability to synthesize customer and market data into actionable direction.
Collaborative by nature, with a track record of influencing cross‑functional teams.
Proven success leveraging AI tools and insights to enhance go‑to‑market execution and deliver sharper outcomes.
Experience in eCommerce marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, Etsy) or marketplace‑driven GTM motions is a plus.
Experience bringing a product from 0→1, with a bias toward experimentation, rapid learning, and scrappy execution is a plus.
