Vice President, Segment Marketing, Wealth Intermediaries
Location: New York, NY & Pittsburgh, PA.
Overview BNY is a leading global financial services company influencing nearly 20% of the world’s investable assets. We harness cutting‑edge AI and breakthrough technologies to collaborate with clients, driving transformative solutions. This role is part of the Global Client Marketing team and seeks a Vice President to develop and execute segment‑specific strategies for wealth intermediaries.
Responsibilities
Develop a deep understanding of the assigned client segment(s), including needs, pain points, and decision‑making behaviors.
Create and execute segment‑specific go‑to‑market strategies aligned with business goals and revenue targets.
Partner with Platform, Communications, and Commercial teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with business priorities.
Design and execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns, including digital, events, email, and account‑based marketing (ABM).
Qualifications
5–10 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in financial services or a related industry.
Proven experience developing and executing marketing strategies for defined client segments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for sophisticated audiences.
Highly analytical mindset with attention to key metrics and ability to run experiments and continuous testing to optimize performance.
Experience motivating teams while collaborating in a matrixed organization.
Benefits & Compensation The base salary for this position is expected to be between $81,000 and $169,000 per year at commencement. Additional compensation may include commissions, discretionary bonuses, short‑ and long‑term incentive packages, and company‑sponsored benefit programs.
This position is at‑will and the company reserves the right to modify base salary and other compensation.
