Admissions and Marketing Director Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase awareness of our services and attract new residents
Coordinate and execute community outreach programs, including presentations, tours, and events
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, senior living communities, and other referral sources
Collaborate with administrative and clinical staff to ensure a seamless admissions process
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of referrals, admissions, and marketing activities
Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to track program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in marketing and customer service
Participate in strategic planning and goal-setting processes to drive business growth
Admissions and Marketing Director Requirements:
Prior experience in marketing, admissions, or a related field
Prior healthcare and clinical experience needed
Must have experience working with case managers and social workers in hospital environment
Nurse or related healthcare field background preferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with healthcare services and regulations a plus
