Architectural Designer – Seattle, WA
Huayu is seeking an Architectural Designer to support residential building projects, including condominiums, single houses, and townhouses. Duties include preparing scale drawings; analyzing building materials and dimensions; determining material quality, cost, strength, and quantities; coordinating structural, mechanical, and electrical designs; creating freehand drawings; preparing colored interior and landscape drawings; reviewing engineering data and design documents; coordinating design and specification information; and meeting with the architect to determine spatial and functional requirements. Perform other related duties as needed.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture (Master preferred) and five years of relevant experience.
