Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Designer located in the Washington DC‑Baltimore Area. The Designer will be responsible for creating innovative kitchen and bath designs, consulting with clients to determine their needs, preferences, and budgets, and ensuring the successful execution of design concepts. This role also involves preparing detailed plans, selecting materials and finishes, collaborating with contractors and project teams, and staying updated on design trends and industry advancements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in design software such as 2020, SketchUp, or other relevant tools
• Strong understanding of interior design principles, space planning, and material selection
• Excellent communication, client consultation, and presentation skills
• Project management and time‑management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
• Attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and a creative approach to design challenges
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field is preferred
• Experience in kitchen and bathroom design or remodeling is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and onsite contractors
