Base pay range
$120,000.00/yr - $135,000.00/yr
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Paid Media Director on behalf of one of our clients to lead digital advertising efforts across search, social, programmatic, and display channels. This role is responsible for developing and executing paid media strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee paid media campaigns across Google Ads, social platforms, programmatic, and display.
- Manage and mentor a team of digital media professionals, fostering growth and collaboration.
- Develop strategies to optimize performance and maximize ROI.
- Manage budgets of varying sizes, ensuring efficient allocation and reporting.
- Stay current on industry trends and emerging platforms to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in paid media strategy and execution.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and budgets.
- Expertise in search, social, programmatic, and display advertising.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with performance tracking tools.
