  • Update website pages and program information
  • Draft and send newsletters
  • Track engagement, analytics, and follower growth
  • Apply algorithm knowledge to optimize reach and visibility
  • Lead potential expansion into TikTok, LinkedIn, or additional platforms
  • Collaborate closely with the Artistic Director on messaging and campaigns
  • Support additional marketing/communications tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Strong experience with Instagram (especially reels) and short-form video editing
  • Skilled in Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar design tools
  • Strong writing and copyediting skills
  • Comfortable capturing photos and videos of dancers and live events
  • Understanding of social media algorithms, audience growth, and platform trends

  • NYC access preferred but not required

Additional Preferred Experience

  • Experience developing and implementing multi-channel social media strategy

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with social analytics, basic social advertising (e.g., Facebook ads), and SEO
  • Interest in design and light photo editing

Hours & Compensation

  • Part-time: ~8–20 hours per week
