Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution
o Manage end-to-end campaign process: audience segmentation, personalization, QA, and deployment.
o Build and optimize lifecycle campaigns (onboarding, retention, reactivation) using Braze.
o Implement A/B and multivariate tests to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Technical Development
o Configure and orchestrate complex customer journeys in Braze.
o Develop dynamic templates using Liquid for personalization and conditional logic.
o Ensure accurate tracking, targeting, and rendering across devices and email clients.
Data & Insights
o Leverage fan profile data, behavioral insights, and predictive modeling to inform strategies.
o Monitor KPIs and extract actionable insights for continuous optimization.
Collaboration & Leadership
o Partner with Marketing, Data & Analytics, Product, and external vendors to align on goals.
o Mentor junior team members and advocate for best practices in automation and personalization.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree with 5+ years of experience in marketing automation or CRM roles.
Hands-on experience with Braze (or similar platforms like SFMC, Iterable).
Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email development and Liquid scripting for personalization.
Strong understanding of segmentation, dynamic content, and lifecycle marketing.
Familiarity with data models and integration workflows.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
