New York, NY Our Telecoms, Media & Technology practice are looking for an experienced Consultant or Senior Consultant to join the team.

We are looking for talented people who can combine strong Telco, Media and Technology consulting experience with the entrepreneurial spirit needed to help us to continue to provide outstanding work to our clients. We work across major telco providers, publishers, broadcasters, music rights companies, media agencies, technology companies and many other global TMT organizations. What you will be doing Advising TMT clients on 'hot topics' such as AI, Climate Change and Sustainability, Direct-to-Consumer, Rights and Royalties, Monetizing Digital Media and key regulations impacting the future of TMT businesses Setting up and leading complex strategic and transformational engagements for global clients across areas, such as market-entry strategy, operating model development & implementation, organizational design, end-to-end process improvement, customer strategy, customer service and sales effectiveness improvement, lead to cash programs, pre- and post-merger integration. Helping deliver our People leadership agenda Leading & supporting our business development efforts Your skills and experience You will have interest and experience in the TMT sector You will have experience in operating independently and/or leading teams to deliver complex projects You will have experience and/or interest in one or more of the following areas: strategy development, transformation, operating model & organizational design, process improvement, change management, technology implementation You will have an entrepreneurial spirit and experience in business & people development, coaching & mentoring What a career at Baringa will give you Putting People First.
