About The Role
Patrick Ta Beauty is seeking an enthusiastic and detail‑oriented Graphic Designer with experience in the beauty or fashion industry to join our growing creative team. Reporting to the Associate Art Director, Brand, this full‑time, in‑house position will design a wide range of 360 assets across digital, print, and experiential channels in our West Hollywood office.

The brand launches luxurious, easy‑to‑use formulas for both professionals and everyday beauty lovers, focusing on innovation that elevates and simplifies makeup application. It is known for award‑winning blushes and glow‑enhancing formulas, achieving top‑tier rankings at Sephora and a cult following among makeup artists, celebrities, and everyday enthusiasts.
What You’ll Do
- Design assets across digital (web, email, paid media, mobile, social, e‑commerce), print (packaging, influencer inserts, OOH), and experiential (live activations, in‑store displays).
- Execute and refine social content strategies, including creating Instagram story assets and motion graphics.
- Apply a strong eye for color and support product shade retouching or recoloring when needed.
- Assist in cataloging and organizing creative projects and files.
- Review all typography, layout, and imagery to ensure quality and brand consistency.
- Adapt creative approaches to meet market‑specific or channel‑specific needs.
- Partner closely with cross‑functional teams (marketing, e‑commerce, social, product development) to deliver on creative briefs with excellence and precision.

What You Bring
- 4+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Experience in the beauty, fashion, or luxury lifestyle industry preferred.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with After Effects or Figma is a plus.
- Strong understanding of typography, color, layout, and digital trends.
- Skilled in designing for digital platforms (landing pages, banner ads, email, social, paid media) and print (packaging, inserts, OOH).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working under tight deadlines.
- Strong sense of brand aesthetics and ability to execute within established brand guidelines.
