Branded Hospitality Media is growing and we’re looking for a part-time Media Sales Manager to help expand our rapidly growing media platform. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-moving hospitality and foodservice media brand with massive reach, strong industry partnerships, and a powerful content engine.

Our portfolio includes:

  • • The Hospitality Headline – a weekly newsletter with 400k+ subscribers and a 38–40% open rate
  • • The Hospitality Hangout Podcast – award-winning, with 100k+ monthly listeners
  • • Live event activations & curated industry experiences – high-impact touchpoints with decision makers across hospitality, foodservice, CPG, restaurant tech, hotels, and enterprise brands

We are building a cohesive media flywheel, and this role is all about selling across the full inventory: newsletter placements, podcast sponsorships, custom content programs, and event activations.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive advertising and sponsorship revenue across our newsletter, podcast, digital channels, and event experiences
  • Prospect, pitch, and close new partnerships with brands in hospitality, foodservice, restaurant tech, CPG, hotels, travel, PR agencies, and marketing firms
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, from outreach through negotiation
  • Work closely with our marketing and media teams to craft custom solutions, creative packages, and storytelling opportunities
  • Sell integrated media programs that include newsletter placements, podcast ads, social extensions, and high-touch event activations
  • Maintain relationships with partners and ensure seamless campaign execution
  • Represent Branded Hospitality Media at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in media sales (newsletter, podcast, digital, or event sponsorships preferred)
  • Comfortable selling to CMOs, marketing leaders, and PR/communications teams
  • Strong hunter mentality with the ability to prospect and open new accounts
  • Great communicator with a relationship-driven approach
  • Understanding of the hospitality and foodservice ecosystem is a plus
  • Ability to work part-time with flexibility and a hybrid presence in NYC
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with the desire to grow with a fast-paced media organization
