Overview

Great Day Improvements, LLC, is looking for a Brand Ambassador to represent our home improvement brand, K-Designers! We are looking for professional, driven, and outgoing marketers to establish new client relationships and build brand awareness. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be face‑to‑face generating new clients at various contracted events and residential neighborhoods throughout the states we currently operate in. The brand ambassador is also responsible for collecting reviews from previous customers. The primary role is to generate new opportunities with homeowners interested in purchasing our products and services. This role is hourly plus commission earned when a new client you generate makes a purchase. We also reimburse certain travel costs and offer performance‑based bonuses. Responsibilities

• Engaging in generating highly qualified leads using all forms of field marketing.
• Memorize and recite scripts and statements provided by K-Designers.
• Introduce K-Designers offers to potential and existing customers and schedule appointments for estimates.
• Collect contact details, availability, and signatures from homeowners.
• Confidently handle questions and objections from homeowners, using rebuttals to drive as many leads as possible.
• Transport yourself to assigned events or territories and work independently while representing K-Designers with courtesy and professionalism.
• Recruit, train, onboard, and mentor new Brand Ambassadors as necessary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation to travel to various locations.
• Prior field marketing experience (canvassing, door‑to‑door, outdoor) is a plus.
• Age 18+.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
