Employee Benefits Producer

Location: Dallas, TX

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage a book of group employee benefits business
• Set strategy, lead renewals, and ensure strong service delivery
• Prospect through cold calls, networking, and referrals
• Gather client data and coordinate with internal teams on proposals, presentations, enrollments, and client needs
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities and stay current on industry trends and licensing requirements

Qualifications

• 3‑5 years of employee benefits sales experience (preferably at an insurance brokerage)
• Strong understanding of group benefits coverage and underwriting
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Organized, self‑motivated, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office; agency management system experience is a plus
• Health & Life License (or willingness to obtain)
• Bachelor's degree preferred
