Hours:
Monday - Friday, 7:00am-5:00pm
Pay:
$20.00-$22.00/HR
Duties: Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients, determining their needs, and recommending products or repair services. Schedule and coordinate service work to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction. Prepare and process work orders accurately, including parts and service documentation. Operate computers, software systems, and cash registers to manage transactions and service records. Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and vendors to support smooth service operations. Maintain a professional, personable, and dependable presence in all customer interactions. Qualifications:
Strong customer service and sales skills with an outgoing, personable attitude. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Computer aptitude: proficiency with software systems and point-of-sale tools. Experience as a parts or service writer preferred. Valid driver's license required.
