Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across social media, email, search, and paid platforms that align with agency and client objectives
Ensure all campaigns meet compliance requirements for financial and retirement communication, tailoring messaging to the target demographic
Introduce new tools, trends, and technologies to enhance digital performance and maintain the agency’s competitive edge
Lead, motivate, and mentor a digital team of 6–10 professionals, promoting efficiency, collaboration, and accountability
Oversee daily workflows and performance using platforms such as ClickUp and Figma
Foster continuous learning and ensure staff have the tools, skills, and support needed to excel in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
Serve as the primary contact for clients, building strong relationships with financial advisors and their teams
Communicate strategy, progress, and results clearly and professionally, providing proactive recommendations backed by data
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field (preferred, not required)
5–10 years of digital marketing experience, ideally within the financial or retirement industry, or in an agency serving financial clients
Proven ability to manage teams and delegate effectively in a high-performance environment
Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory standards affecting financial marketing campaigns
Demonstrated analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and translate findings into strategic action
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with professionalism and confidence in client-facing settings
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects with competing priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, content management systems, Click Up, and Figma; Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred
