Overview of Role:

The DHN-NCR Strategic Communications Team is looking for a talented Graphic Artist with expertise in layout and design to create visually compelling materials for print and digital media. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, ensuring that all communications align with the branding and messaging standards of DHN-NCR while engaging diverse audiences across the National Capital Region.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Design high-quality graphics, layouts, and visual materials for use across digital and print platforms, including brochures, posters, social media, and websites.

• Ensure all designs align with DHN-NCR branding and style guidelines.

• Collaborate with the communications team to develop creative concepts for campaigns, presentations, and publications.

• Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met.

• Provide recommendations for design improvements and new creative ideas to enhance communication efforts.

• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design.

Educational and Certification Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or related field.

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing expertise in layout, design, and branding.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).

• Strong attention to detail and ability to translate complex information into clear, visually appealing designs.

• Familiarity with healthcare communications or military systems is an advantage.
