Position Summary
What youll do: As part of Walmart Connect, youll build industry-defining ad platforms that enable brands and sellers to connect meaningfully with shoppers, through highperforming advertising that leverages Walmarts massive omnichannel data.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager who will be responsible for enabling omniproduct strategy for the entire PMM team. You and your team will focus on omniproduct positioning and strategies and delivering crossproduct solutions including playbooks, case studies, claims, training and communications.
As a senior PMM with a cross product focus, you must operate autonomously to drive both strategy and tactical marketing initiatives, lead complex, businesscritical crossfunctional programs independently and represent the voice of the customer and market to inform product positioning and gotomarket.
Experience in the advertising tech industry is crucial, with broad knowledge of search, display, social and measurement a plus. The ideal candidate for this role is an excellent verbal and written communicator with a track record of working with crossfunctional teams (marketing, communications, training, operations).
Key responsibilities
- Develop deep omnichannel positioning and capabilities
- Identify omniproduct opportunities, build datadriven product marketing strategy, and develop a cohesive crossproduct narrative and voice while working closely with product teams, sales and crossfunctional teams
- Establish and own PMM voice and marcomms to create consistency at scale and solutionsfocused narratives
- Roll out crossproduct narrative, playbooks, case studies, claims, training, newsletters and webinars
- Lead training and certification strategies, partnering closely with marketing and training teams
- Develop playbook strategy to articulate how best to use products and solutions to achieve business objectives

- 10+ years of experience in product marketing, 5+ years of experience in the online advertising industry
- A solid understanding of advertising technologies
- Proven ability to form relationships and lead crossfunctional initiatives

- Exceptional communication skills in both writing and presentation

Minimum qualifications
- Option 1: Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field and 3 years' experience in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
