This is a Full Time position in the field of Production Coordinator / Project Management , located in Thousand Oaks, CA .

The position pays $75,000.00 — $95,000.00 per year.

Contract to Perm

• Plan and handle production logistics (locations, crew, gear, travel, releases)
• Secure access, permits, and problem-solve on the fly to keep shoots moving
• Coordinate props, wardrobe, and small set builds for short-form concepts
• Book and manage travel and transportation when required; handle last-minutechanges
• Track budgets, deadlines, and checklists; communicate status, risks, and needs toleadership in real time
• Build and maintain strong relationships with crew, talent, and vendors

Experience

• 1-2+ years producing, field coordinating, or comparable high-velocity productionexperience
• Proven ability to manage complex shoots on tight timelines
• Strong organizational + logistical skills; calm under pressure
• Exceptional people, negotiation, and conflict‑resolution skills
• Familiarity with social/video culture (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts)
• Flexible schedule; available for weekend or evening shoots as needed
• Proficiency with production tools (Google Workspace, Monday.com, schedulingapps)
