What You Will Do
Strategic Leadership
- Lead and transform the marketing organization through a key growth phase.
- Conduct a 360° assessment of team, talent, process, funnel, ICP, and structure.
- Build a high‑performance culture grounded in accountability, clarity, and execution.
- Own positioning, messaging, segmentation, and competitive narrative.
- Build PMM as a strategic function partnering closely with Product & Engineering.
- Support the multi‑year roadmap toward a major 2027 product launch.
Demand Generation, ABM & Pipeline
- Build outbound + ABM motions from scratch using a lean, resourceful approach.
- Develop integrated GTM plays aligned tightly with Sales.
- Improve CAC payback, funnel efficiency, and pipeline quality through disciplined experimentation.
Brand & Market Awareness
- Elevate and unify the brand narrative across all touchpoints.
- Strengthen awareness through differentiated, multi‑channel campaigns.
Marketing Operations & Analytics
- Own the multimillion‑dollar budget and operational rhythm.
- Build scalable processes for analytics, attribution, forecasting, and reporting.
Executive & Cross‑Functional Leadership
- Partner closely with Sales, Product, RevOps, and CS to drive a unified GTM motion.
- Represent Marketing at the executive table and with the board.
What you will need
You are a sophisticated SaaS marketing leader with a passion for building and transforming marketing functions.
You bring
- 8–10+ years of progressive B2B SaaS marketing leadership
- Strong foundation in product marketing, positioning, segmentation, and ICP
- Deep experience with ABM, outbound, and integrated Sales + Marketing GTM
- Experience scaling in the $10M–$100M ARR range
- Strong analytical ability — CAC payback, funnel analysis, pipeline modeling
- Experience presenting to a board and aligning executives around marketing strategy
- High EQ, calm communication style, curiosity, and collaborative leadership
- Ability to attract and hire exceptional talent
- Comfort operating hands‑on with a small team and scaling responsibly
