EVstudio is seeking an entrepreneurial, architecture-driven leader to take the helm of our Colorado Springs office's custom residential studio. If you're a licensed architect with a passion for single-family custom home design, business development, client relationships, and team leadership, then this is your opportunity to lead and grow a dynamic, multi-disciplinary practice in one of the most desirable markets in the West.
Responsibilities
- Lead Design Excellence: Shape high-quality, custom home designs that reflect the lifestyles, preferences, and dreams of individual homeowners.
- Drive Business Development: Cultivate new client relationships with homeowners, developers, and residential contractors; expand our presence in the custom home market.
- Grow the Team: Mentor and develop architectural talent while collaborating with internal disciplines, including civil, MEP, structural, and survey.
- Oversee Projects: Manage custom residential projects from concept through construction, ensuring a smooth client experience and outstanding results.
- Strategic Leadership: Partner with firm-wide leadership to align the Boise studio’s growth with EVstudio’s broader vision.
Requirements
- Licensed Architect (CO or eligible for reciprocity)
- 7+ years of experience, including custom residential project leadership
- Strong design portfolio of single-family custom homes
- Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationshipsDemonstrated leadership and mentoring skills
- Experience collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams
What We Offer
We are targeting a base salary of $100,000 to $150,000, but is determined by several factors including education, experience, and a history of working in the Colorado Springs metro area.

Our Hiring Process
- Hearing from our recruiting team within 48 hours
- A phone interview (approx. 30 minutes)
- A meet and greet with one of our Founders, Sean O’Hara (approx. 15 minutes)
- An on-site interview and office tour (approx. 60 minutes)
