Marketing Specialist | Architectural and Interior Products

Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

A fast-growing manufacturer in the commercial interiors industry is seeking a versatile Marketing Specialist to support digital marketing, product launches, and brand communication efforts. This company designs and produces high-quality acoustic products used in corporate workspaces, architecture firms, and interior design projects across the U.S. With strong investment in design, sustainability, and client experience, they are expanding their marketing function and looking for someone who can take ownership of campaigns, content, and creative output.

This is an ideal role for a marketer who enjoys a blend of creative work, digital execution, and project coordination and who thrives in a collaborative, design-forward environment.

Role & Responsibilities

Digital & Campaign Marketing

  • Develop and send email marketing campaigns (newsletters, product launches, announcements).
  • Maintain, update, and optimize the company WordPress website.
  • Support and execute product launch campaigns, including messaging, digital assets, and promotional rollout.

Content & Social Media

  • Manage social media content, scheduling, and engagement across key platforms.
  • Produce and help design digital and print collateral, including brochures, spec sheets, and sales materials.

CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain data and workflows within HubSpot CRM.
  • Track leads, monitor campaign performance, and generate marketing reports.

Events & Coordination

  • Assist with event and trade show coordination, including logistics, collateral, and pre-/post-event communication.
Skills & Experience

Required

  • 25 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot for CRM and marketing automation.
  • Proficiency in WordPress for website content management.
  • Strong writing and communication skills for email, web, and social content.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.

Preferred

  • Background in graphic design or familiarity with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  • Experience in B2B, manufacturing, building products, or commercial interiors.
  • Understanding of SEO, analytics, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Experience supporting product marketing or coordinating events/trade shows.
