Role Overview As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will architect and execute HydroJug’s paid digital strategy. You’ll manage and optimize campaigns across Amazon, Google, TikTok, and Connected TV (CTV), integrating creative, data, and technology to deliver measurable results. This hands‑on, cross‑functional role requires analytical rigor, channel expertise, and strong project management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and optimize multi‑channel paid media strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across DTC and marketplace channels (Amazon, Google, TikTok, CTV).
Own full‑funnel performance from awareness to conversion,
Leverage audience targeting, creative testing, and messaging alignment.
Marketplace Growth (Amazon & TikTok Shop):
Drive growth on Amazon and TikTok Shop via campaign planning, bidding optimization, and measurement frameworks (ROAS, TACOS, rank lift).
Lead DSP (Demand Side Platform) initiatives, retargeting, and innovative attribution modeling.
Partner with creative, product, and marketing teams to align promotional calendars, product drops, and seasonal pushes.
Ensure messaging consistency and maximize creative asset impact across channels.
Analysis & Reporting:
Build and maintain dashboards to provide actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders.
Continuously audit campaign performance, identify opportunities, and deliver clear recommendations for improvement.
Agency & Partner Management:
Manage external agency relationships and vendor contracts. Evaluate performance and drive accountability.
Vet new technology or automation solutions to improve efficiency and reporting.
Propose and run creative and audience tests; pilot new channels or campaign types.
Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and competitive landscape.
Ideal Qualifications
Experience:
3–5 years’ experience managing paid media for an e‑commerce, DTC, or marketplace‑driven brand.
Must have hands‑on experience with Amazon Ads (including DSP/AMC), Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube), TikTok Ads, and CTV platforms (MNTN or similar).
Technical Skills:
Advanced knowledge of ad platforms, attribution, and analytics tools (GA4, Looker, Data Studio).
Proficient in ROAS/TACOS modeling, keyword research, bid management, and performance reporting.
Strategic & Analytical:
Proven ability to develop and execute strategies that drive measurable channel growth and efficiency.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; can turn data into actionable insights.
Effective cross‑functional communicator; comfortable working with creative, product, finance, and agency partners.
Experience building campaign calendars and aligning channel strategies with broader business goals.
Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Curious and proactive about testing new ideas, platforms, and optimizations.
