We’re looking for a Brand & Content Manager to champion and elevate a premium consumer brand across every visual, written, and customer-facing channel. This role is responsible for shaping a cohesive brand identity, leading creative standards, and ensuring a unified experience across digital, print, and multimedia touchpoints. You will guide creative contributors, refine messaging frameworks, and oversee content quality to help the brand communicate with clarity, consistency, and impact.
Worksite Location Minneapolis – 2 days onsite / 3 days remote each week
Pay Range
Up to $110 k salary + bonus

Roles & Responsibilities
Own and evolve the full brand identity system, maintaining guidelines for voice, tone, visual standards, and overall creative quality.
Serve as the primary steward of brand execution across internal teams and external vendors.
Oversee all customer-facing content, approving design, copy, and multimedia assets for alignment and cohesion.
Lead creative development for advertising campaigns, photography, videography, and broader visual storytelling.
Direct and coach designers, writers, and creative partners while elevating quality and reducing revision cycles.
Guide website and product content, ensuring accurate product data, clear UX-driven messaging, and consistent technical documentation.
Collaborate with marketing leadership on campaign concepts, seasonal themes, and long-form or SEO-focused content initiatives.
Continuously audit and improve creative assets, enhancing clarity, performance, and conversion through stronger messaging and visual hierarchy.
Required Skills & Experience
4–8+ years of experience in brand management, creative direction, or integrated marketing roles.
Strong track record managing visual and verbal brand identity systems across digital and traditional channels.
Experience leading designers, writers, and creative vendors with strong editorial and visual judgment.
Proven success managing content for websites, digital campaigns, and social platforms.
Deep understanding of brand storytelling, customer psychology, and premium market positioning.
Ability to translate technical or product information into engaging visual and written narratives.
Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals, performance marketing principles, and conversion-driven content.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management capabilities.
Ability to work onsite in Minneapolis two days per week.
Preferred Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Advertising, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience with a strong portfolio).
Experience working within a brand-side marketing team, creative agency, or fast‑paced e‑commerce organization.
Hands‑on involvement managing brand identity systems, voice/tone frameworks, and creative guidelines.
Background collaborating with creative contributors such as designers, copywriters, videographers, and agencies.
Experience overseeing a wide range of content, including:
Product and technical documentation
Website creative
Performance advertising assets
Email and lifecycle campaigns
Social media content
Brand storytelling and positioning materials
Familiarity with customizable, premium, or technically detailed consumer products is a plus.
