Senior UX/UI Visual Designer Job at Versique Consulting & Search in Saint Louis

Worksite Location:

St. Louis Park, MN – 2 days onsite / 3 days remote each week

Pay Range:

Up to $90K salary

Roles & Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end UX/UI design for a primary website, including information architecture, page layouts, and user journeys
• Design visually compelling on-page experiences that balance elegance, clarity, and conversion goals
• Produce high-quality visual assets to support web content, marketing initiatives, and digital campaigns
• Partner on the evolution of brand expression and visual systems across digital channels
• Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and engineering teams to enhance site functionality and launch initiatives
• Maintain visual consistency and design excellence across all customer-facing digital touchpoints
• Apply UX best practices, user testing insights, and performance data to continuously improve experience and engagement

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–8+ years of professional experience in UX/UI and visual design
• Portfolio showcasing website UX/UI, layout systems, and cohesive brand execution
• Background designing for ecommerce platforms or content-heavy digital environments
• Advanced proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong foundation in UX principles, usability standards, and conversion-oriented design
• Exceptional attention to detail and high standards for visual craftsmanship
• Comfortable collaborating within a fast-moving, growth-oriented team
• Passion for design-forward industries such as home, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands preferred
