Assist with leading marketing efforts and managing key B2C audiences for internal stakeholders Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to engage alumni and recruit fellows Coordinate marketing efforts for large-scale initiatives, working cross‑functionally across internal teams Manage and optimize paid media campaigns to enhance outreach and awareness Track and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights for improvement What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field 1‑2 years of experience in marketing or communications, with a focus on B2C Strong written and verbal communication skills to tailor messaging for different audiences Experience managing or supporting paid media and social campaigns, such as Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
