What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead design coordination throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with customer requirements
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors during design and pre-construction phases
Act as the primary liaison between internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve project issues
Support regular project design meetings to monitor progress and address obstacles
Conduct engineering analyses to maintain project quality standards and ensure compliance with codes and specifications
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
5–7 years of experience in project and/or design management within construction or infrastructure projects
Working knowledge of technical design coordination and project delivery models
Experience leading teams, including engineers, contractors, and consultants
Proficiency in project and design software tools such as Procore, MS Project, or AutoCAD
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Background in Architecture, Construction, or Project Management
PMP or equivalent project management certification
Experience with design-build or design-bid-build project delivery models
Familiarity with real estate development processes
Strong communication and leadership skills
