Marketing and Communications Manager (Advisory Firm)
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing and Communications Manager to strengthen and expand brand and digital presence. This role leads global communications strategy, content development, digital marketing efforts, and media initiatives. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys working cross‑functionally with internal teams, partners, and vendors.
Responsibilities
Lead the firm’s marketing and communications strategy across digital, social, and traditional channels
Create, manage, and optimize content including thought leadership, web copy, social posts, press releases, and marketing collateral
Oversee website updates, user experience improvements, and SEO efforts
Manage social media, email campaigns, and paid media initiatives
Secure media and speaking opportunities and prepare executive briefing materials
Track performance metrics, produce reports, and use insights to refine strategy
Support business development by strengthening inbound lead flow and assisting with proposals
Collaborate across internal teams and external partners to support firm‑wide initiatives
Monitor industry news to inform communications activities
Requirements
7 to 8 years of marketing or communications experience, preferably in an agency or professional services environment
Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field
Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills
High proficiency in Microsoft Office plus experience managing CRM and marketing databases
Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics
Willing to work part‑time 10‑15 hours per week
Strong multitasking skills and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure
Analytical, metrics‑driven mindset with strong problem‑solving capabilities
Independent, adaptable, and collaborative working style
