Marketing Manager – HubSpot & Demand Generation (Data‑Driven) The role owns the HubSpot marketing platform and orchestrates multi‑channel campaigns to elevate Agile IT’s Microsoft Cloud and cybersecurity services. You’ll craft compelling content—webinars, blogs, videos, social posts—that resonates with CIOs, CISOs, and IT managers in the government and enterprise space and use data to continuously optimize outreach.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Campaign Strategy: Develop and manage a content calendar and marketing campaign plan that drives awareness and demand.
Digital Marketing Execution: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, search engine marketing, email marketing, and SEO/organic efforts.
HubSpot Marketing Operations: Own the HubSpot marketing hub, automate lead nurturing workflows, and maintain data quality and GDPR compliance.
Analytics & Optimization: Track metrics, produce monthly performance reports, and use web analytics and A/B testing to refine campaigns.
Partner & Field Marketing: Collaborate with Microsoft and other vendors on co‑marketing initiatives and support event marketing.
Sales Alignment & Enablement: Ensure marketing efforts translate into pipeline, provide sales enablement materials, and solicit feedback on lead quality.
Brand Voice & Innovation: Steer brand voice, maintain tone consistency, and experiment with new channels such as podcasts or short video series.
Experience & Qualifications: 5+ years of B2B marketing in tech or IT services, demonstrated demand generation success, and strong understanding of government or regulated industries.
Qualifications
Digital Marketing Skills: Expertise with HubSpot, CRM integration, Google Analytics, SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, email marketing, and social media management.Content & Communication: Excellent content creation and editorial skills, ability to transform technical information into engaging messages, and design eye‑for‑branding consistency.
Data‑Driven & Analytical: Passion metrics, experience building dashboards, and familiarity with lead scoring, attribution modeling, and ROI calculation.
Project Management: Organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and meet deadlines.
Collaboration & Culture Fit: Proactive, creative, and open to feedback, with strong interpersonal skills and executive‑level communication.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field preferred; digital marketing certifications a plus.
