Entry-Level Sales Representative
to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves meeting people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants a clear pathway into real estate, marketing, or business development.
You’ll be setting appointments, engaging leads, building relationships, and helping grow one of Hawai‘i’s most people-focused real estate teams.
If you bring the energy, we’ll bring the training.
What You’ll Do (Non-Licensed Sales Activities)
Contact inbound and outbound leads to set appointments
Follow a simple sales script (we’ll train you step by step)
Call, text, and message warm inquiries to book meetings for our agents
Track leads and conversations in our CRM
Answer general questions and guide clients to the right team member
Attend weekly training to improve communication and appointment-setting skills
Help with events, open house support, and networking activities
Represent the Blue Team Homes brand with professionalism and aloha
No talking about contract terms, pricing strategies, or real estate advice.
Your job is to connect, build rapport, and set appointments.
