Blue Chip Talent is currently seeking a creative eLearning Developer & LMS Content Specialist to build modern, interactive digital learning experiences. This role combines instructional design, multimedia development, and LMS publishing.
What You’ll Do
Develop eLearning in
Articulate Storyline 360
and
Rise 360 Create simulations, branching scenarios, assessments, and microlearning Publish SCORM/xAPI courses and manage LMS setup, tracking, and troubleshooting Produce videos, screen recordings, graphics, and audio using
Adobe Creative Suite , Camtasia, etc. Ensure accessibility (WCAG 2.1), test for quality, and apply strong UX principles Collaborate with HR, L&D, and cross-functional partners; manage projects using tools like Teams, Asana, or SharePoint Qualifications
1–2 years experience with a degree, or 3–5 years without Strong communication and collaboration skills Nice to Have
Experience with Workday Learning or other enterprise LMS platforms Graphic design, animation, or AI content creation experience Seniority Level
