Vice President, Marketing
for its Campus and Government segments. This is a remote position; the successful candidate may reside anywhere in the United States. The role requires approximately 50% travel.
Overview As the head of marketing for the Campus and Government divisions, you will lead a broad range of initiatives including field marketing, offer development and deployment, consumer and market insights, and communications/audience engagement. You will be a key leader driving performance to support the delivery of segment goals and ambitions.
Responsibilities
Retail Offer Development & Strategy – Lead the development and adaptation of offers based on segment strategy and targeted sub‑segments, ensuring alignment with regional client and consumer needs.
Manage deals with large retail brands.
Build and maintain a comprehensive offer portfolio and playbook to support operational and sales teams.
Drive innovation and digital initiatives, including segment‑specific products (e.g., resident dining), in partnership with the central product marketing team.
Support the design and mobilization of both offer‑based and non‑offer‑based solutions, playing a critical role in deployment across operations and sales.
Consumer Insight Leadership – Oversee the collection, analysis, and dissemination of client and consumer data to inform strategic decisions.
Act as the voice of the consumer within the organization, ensuring products and services meet evolving needs.
Utilize proprietary and external analytics to guide product development, improve end‑user experiences, and create competitive differentiation.
Lead the development and validation of business cases and product/service briefs.
Deployment & Activation – Manage and activate key initiatives to drive market capture, growth, and consumer engagement.
Direct field marketing teams to deliver short‑term growth and engagement strategies.
Comprehensive Communications – Develop and execute communication strategies targeting both B2B and B2C audiences.
Educate segment teams on strategic priorities, value creation, and positioning to ensure alignment and impact.
Compensation & Benefits Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate’s education level or years of relevant experience. Salary offers are based on the specific criteria such as experience, skills, education, and training.

What You Bring – Education Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.

10+ years in product marketing, offer development, or consumer insights roles.
Proven track record in leading cross‑functional teams and driving strategic initiatives.
Experience in digital marketing and innovation strategies.
Strong restaurant, food, retail brand background.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate consumer insights into actionable strategies.
